燃氣蒸汽鍋爐,采用濕背式結構。第一回程為波形爐膽,第二,三回程為煙管。鍋爐配置完善的全自動控制裝置和安全保護裝置,實現水位全自動控制和報警、停爐;出口蒸汽壓力自動控制及超壓保護,鍋爐自動點火,燃燒器火力調節和熄火保護,以保證鍋爐安全經濟運行。

(1)波紋爐膽 Corrugated furnace liner
爐膽采用波紋爐膽結構,既增加了輻射和對流傳熱面積,又滿足了爐膽受高溫輻射后自由膨脹的需要。

更具各類燃燒器火焰尺寸,針對性地優化了爐膛尺寸,爐膛與燃燒器火焰完美匹配,有效地抑制了NOx的形成,避免了高溫煙氣直接沖刷爐膽。結合熱工試驗,合理地分配爐膛輻射受熱面積、煙管對流受熱面積,延長了鍋爐的使用壽命,提高了鍋爐熱效率。
